About the Event

My lovely yogini friend, Reetta from GretaLive and I want to offer you an introduction to different types of meditation, what it really means, can do and how you can find short breaks throughout the day to find inner peace. Each class is suitable to  beginners and children.

7am Prepare Your Body For Meditation + Short Meditation 20min / Reetta

9am Morning Meditation 15min / Milla

10am Mindfulness Meditation 15min / Reetta

12pm Breaktime Meditation 15min / Milla

4pm Meditative Movement 30min / Reetta

6pm Guided Relaxation 30min / Milla
