Some of the more effective acts of self-care can also be free or the cheapest. Reflection through journaling and meditation is a powerful combination.
During this 30 minute Instagram live, we will go through a short introduction to reflective practice.
I will guide you through a short meditation to help you stay present and brightly aware of your thoughts. It’s almost like stepping out of being on autopilot. Afterwards, we will reintroduce ourselves to ourselves by taking some time to reflect on a journal prompt I have prepared (see some examples below that you can use prior to the live).
Bring some paper and a pen. Make your surroundings comfortable and to catch the Instagram live, follow us on Instagram @pranaet. Registration is not required but will mean you receive reminders via email 2 hours, 10 mins and at the time the livestream starts.
