About the Event

Taking a moment to listen and self-discover is an opportunity to improve your mental health by gaining a deeper understand of yourself. Some of the more effective acts of self-care can also be the cheapest or even free.

During this weekly moment, we focus on reflective practices in order to hear ourselves clearer, to live more intentionally, understand who we really are and what we need to live our best lives.

All you need is some paper and a pen.

Examples of themes we have covered so far: dream life, core values, body image, people you surround yourself with, regrets, reflecting on how far you’ve come, your inner child, confrontation, loneliness, setting boundaries, comparing to others, meeting strangers…

There is an opportunity at the end to stay on and chat about the theme more.

Your guide, Milla Tulonen is a Finnish, UK-based, multi-passionate creative, yoga, and meditation teacher. She has a specific interest in wellbeing in different stages of life through reflection and emotional regulation.
