PRACTICE WITH MILLA
Mindfully Milla started from a personal struggle with mental health and trying to find ways to feel better. Founded from an idea that started a long before 2019 when Milla started to share these practices.
Milla was qualified as a yoga teacher in 2018 by the World Yoga Alliance. She teaches yin, restorative and hatha yoga. Her beginner-friendly classes focus on the link between the body and the mind. "I believe in being kind to yourself and listening your body," she believes yoga should be accessible for every body.
After years of looking for different ways to feel well through different means (counselling, mental health volunteering), I have learnt and continue to learn in finding ways for continuous wellbeing. Now I want to support you in finding your ways now.
